Coming from serving 4 years in the Marine Corp it truly made me understand that there a lot of goods and bads to working with a team. I think the goods to it is that the people you meet and actually keep in your life. Sometimes people enjoy doing things on their own for whatever reason but sometimes it takes more then 1 person to do a job and you have to work with others, and while working with others you sometimes meet people who truly match the type of person you are, your work ethic, values and many other things. Even if it just a friendly new co worker or a best friend for life working as a team will always open you up to a whole new set of people.
